The Recovery of Omissible Noun in Natural Language Understanding and Its Application on Product Design

The paper focuses on the phenomenon of noun omission in the natural language understanding system. Based on the analysis of the omission in user requirements in natural language form, we will eventually result into the conceptual design requirements or design parameters. Firstly the paper analyze the omitted phenomenon, briefly describe the omission of several types of fixed structure in semantic level. Then it use semantic analysis and discourse analysis and context of verb to analyze. We restore two kinds of omission in different structures. Finally, we establish the appropriate knowledge base and achieve better design results.
