  • Abstract
According to the gradient passing theory, there exists a tendency of social economy development in which the industries in high gradient area will shift to lower gradient area spontaneously. And we also know that the regional development, the utilization of resources as well as human´s remaking nature should be maintained in the scope of the bearing capacity of environment. Based on the core idea above, this paper constructs the pattern of regional circulating economy in which sustainable development could be fulfilled through gradient passing method in the area of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province. It has not only developed the world´s research of the pattern of circulating economy, but has positive and important practical significance to the region or the developing countries being of characteristics of dual economic structure
