  • Abstract
    In the electric power build-operate-transfer (short for BOT) project of our country, the deficiency of the government surveillance and management function as well as the overcontrolling brings the barrier to the project movement. The change of the benefit main body which forms along with the electric power reform intensifies the difficult predicament of the electric power BOT project application. This article first proposes the pattern frame of the government management in the electric power BOT project application of our country, and then constructs the government management pattern in the electric power BOT project application of our country. On this foundation it also carries on the design to the government administrative behavior in the electric power BOT project application of our country, and expects to lay the good foundation to satisfy the electric power organizational reform and use the BOT pattern effectively
