Research on the Environments of Innovation & Start-ups in China´s STIPs Based on Complex System

This paper sets up the analysis framework of the interrelation between correlative factors such as enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions, agencies, market and so on in the course of the environments construction in China´s STIPs using the theories and methods from system science and combined with the practical course of China´s economy reform, describes the function and mutual effect mode among the main bodies in the environments of innovation and start-ups in the STIPs, probes into the correlation and effect mode of between the whole and parts, parts and parts, the whole and the environments during the systematic construction of the environments of innovation and start-ups in the STIPs, expecting to support future research
