Abstract

With the rapid development of technology, knowledge has become the most important strategic resource in the worldwide economic globalization. Knowledge and its application have turned to be the source of power for enterprise continuing competence of competition. Therefore, knowledge integration is the key to improving the corporate technology innovation. This paper mainly makes an analysis on the mechanism of the knowledge integration and the impacts of knowledge integration on enterprise´s technology innovation, and finally discussing ways to improve innovation through integration
