Abstract :
In order to meet the marketing demands, the core enterprise need to identify the bottleneck link of supply ability in the supply chain network, which can guide a prevention or improvement measure. In fact, the supply ability of a supplier usually is a variety. This paper takes genetic algorithm to identify the bottleneck of the supply chain network, and then simulates the supply chain network with random capacity by Monte-Carlo to find the bottleneck link.
