Abstract
This paper develops a fuzzy network control system for the collecting main pressure control. This control system is connected via Profibus-DP for the real-time communication in the control system. The collecting main pressure system is a multi-variables, nonlinear and heavy coupling system. The coupling problem is the major difficulty in the collecting main pressures system. The fuzzy forward decoupling method is used to solve the coupling in the system. The experimental result shows the network control system can make pressure stable in the technics range in 5 second. The practical effect also demonstrates the effectiveness of the fuzzy decoupling method.
