  • Abstract
    With the development of the computer, teaching seamanship and modular implementation from home and abroad. The steering and evaluation system, which combined with China coast guard needs, is designed and developed based on VC++6.0. The knots animation module does so based on the Web, Javascript and other scripting languages. Mooring operations, anchoring and other training modules do so based on multimedia technology.
