  • Abstract
    Taking an independent auto manufacturing enterprise as an example, this paper studies the connotation, application methods, procedures and outer logistics optimization effect of milk-run, and establishes an auto parts milk-run direct sending system planning model to realize minimum transportation expenses under the condition of maximum vehicle load rate. The main influencing factors in implementing milk-run and logistics optimization countermeasures by using IE are also studied. This research is of great significance to the survival and sustainable development of an enterprise.
