Abstract
SECI model has a significant impact on knowledge innovation. Previous knowledge management studies are mostly based on this model, but SECI model doesn´t give a detailed explanation of how knowledge innovation happens. This paper draws on the main theories of SECI model and makes an in-depth analysis of knowledge innovation. Based on this we pose a new model of knowledge innovation which combines the knowledge subject and object.
