Abstract :
A new-style linear ultrasonic motor is presented in this paper. It takes a brief structure with ceramics pasted on its surface, realizing the integrated design of the stator. The second-rank longitudinal vibration of the stator and the ceramics on the driving foot generate alternating force together. This driving style doesn´t depend on the elliptical motion of the nodes on the driving foot. The theoretical model of this kind of motor is given and its analyzing solution is obtained in the paper. Comparing the result to the solution of the finite element method and the experimental statistics, it is demonstrated that this theoretical model and its analyzing solution are accurate and high-efficiency.
