Due to the developments in informatics and telematics technologies, the documentary material needed for the legal theorist and practitioner is available on the Web, but there is a complex process for modelling and standardizing data yet to be done. Some proposals related to these problems in particular, to legal information organisation and diffusion on the Web are outlined
