Abstract
The design of a new driver based on SPWM technology is proposed. According to the requirements of ultrasonic motor driving voltage, the power supply(AC-DC) based on IR2153 is designed. The output voltage of the power supply is 400V. The embedded chip is used as the main processor, and through the appropriate configuration, some parts of resources are configured as a CPLD to generate SPWM signal, this also improves the CPU´s processing capacity. The main circuit adopts half-bridge inverter topology. It is proved that the driver is reliable for the ultrasonic motor of TRUM-60 with lower power loss and higher applicability of matching network. The waveform of driving signal is much closer to a pure sine wave.
