Abstract :
After entering the 21st century, because of the rapid development of China´s freeway many scholars began to pay attention to the health monitoring and maintenance of the large-scale bridge in the freeway. At the same time, bridge project involves many subjects, and the structural health monitoring is complex, many of the key theory and method still in the exploration. This paper provides an overview of the large-scale bridges in Guizhou Province and China. Why the bridge health monitoring is need is discussed. The health monitoring on Hongfeng Lake Bridge is taken for example. The system deployment and the framework of the bridge health monitoring system are introduced. There are many innovations in the monitoring system. Three parts of the system are presented. The three parts include the wireless cable-tension measurement system, the Open source soft used in this system, and Cable-tension Predication Model.
