  • Abstract
    Intelligent network technology has become a hot spot in the research field of communications. People are paying more and more attention to the development of independent intelligent peripherals. It is important to research and develop independent intelligent peripherals for intelligent network applications. This paper proposes a basic concept of ClN-IP and it´s system architecture. Some critical designs and implementation techniques are also discussed.
