Abstract :
The antiplane vibration of quartz plates is solved by ignoring the effect of small c56 compared with other elastic constants. The analysis of the inhomogeneous weak interface is based on the Fourier series solution, and the convergence is examined. Numerical simulation is carried out for the interface elastic coefficient with randomly normal distribution, which is truthful in practical engineering. Compared with the homogeneous interface, the displacement jump and stress components along the interface are the largest at the edge of the plate when the interface is non-uniform, which can be used to explain the reason why this position is always broken firstly.
