Abstract :
This article investigates the H static output tracking control problem for nonlinear discrete-time systems. Based on a nonquadratic Lyapunov function, sufficient stability conditions, that guarantee a tracking error as small as possible, are given in terms of Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMIs). The main advantage of the proposed design, is that a reduced order fuzzy controller is derived in one-step without significant numerical burden. In order to show the applicability of the proposed scheme, an illustrative example which, deals with the output voltage regulation of a DC-DC buck converter, is investigated. Simulation results illustrate the design procedure and the obtained tracking performances of the proposed methodology.
