Abstract :
This paper focuses on factory construction management with multi-side participation, which is a general contract at the same time. To solve problems caused by resources sharing among different systems, which result in a divide between information technologies and the de facto requirement, this research applies SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) to integrate resources from different systems, which is a loosely coupled and cross-platform architecture. Through service choreograph, functions in different departments and enterprises could be reused. BPM (Business Process Management), a business process centered method, provides a sound solution to choreograph services. At last, building a business process warehouse to facilitate reuse business processes is proposed.
