  • Abstract
    We review the recent high-speed advances in optical injection-locked lasers, focusing on high resonance frequencies (> 70 GHz) and maximum bandwidth (> 40 GHz). Experimental and theoretical direct modulation and master amplitude and phase modulation are presented.
