  • Abstract
    In this paper, nanoparticles of zinc sulfide and zinc sulfide doped of Cu (I), Cu (II) and Mn (II) were synthesized by zol-gel method and their structure and luminescent properties were investigated. Nanoparticles were precipitated of the solutions, containing salts of zinc, copper and manganese, and the stabilizer for prevention of coagulation of nanoparticles (polyphosphate of sodium, thiourea or triethylamine). The received sediments were separated from solutions by centrifuge.
