Abstract :
A multi-agent system constitutes a focus of distributed artificial intelligence (DAI). We first introduce some concepts of an agent and a multi-agent system (MAS), and then describe the structure of the MAS´s organization. We also discuss the main research areas in MAS, such as, communication, collaboration and coordination, machine learning, its dynamical characteristic etc
