Abstract :
A cleaner production strategy for processes in pulp and paper industries is investigated which considers the combination of technology and equipment with a processes control method. A multi-agent structure is applied to build the models of pulping and papermaking processes. The model structure and implementation of this strategy is discussed. The strategy based on multi-agents provides an idea to study and analyze integrated optimization of complex control systems
