Abstract :
A novel Lu3Ga5O12:Tb3+ phosphor for field emission dispaly (FED) is presented. Lu3Ga5O12:Tb3A novel Lu3Ga5O12:Tb3+ phosphor for field emission dispaly (FED) is presented. Lu3Ga5O12:Tb3+ phosphor is synthesized by sol-gel process, and the photoluminescence and emission spectra are measured. Scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction are used for characterization. Result reveals that enhancement in luminance is observed after the phosphors are doped by In2O3.+ phosphor is synthesized by sol-gel process, and the photoluminescence and emission spectra are measured.
