Abstract :
We analyzed the local smoothing effect in view of time window for the PV system on Tokyo station. The smoothing effect differs according to the range of time windows. In cases of fine day, the result revealed that it is effective to smooth the fluctuation range of electric power output from PV within ten seconds.
