Abstract :
Based on the situations of support resources occupied or consumed in support activity, driven by support activities, integrating the material maintenance task analysis (MTA) outcomes, the changes of the resources in support activity can be analyzed, simultaneously the calculation and distribution of the entropy production of service- and consumable-resources can be separately given. In this paper, a new support activity -based method for describing the states of the support system and statistical characteristics of the entropy production of the support system are treated as new indexes for evaluating support systems. Utilizing engineering cases of MTA, this paper analyzes the actual significance of indexes above, as well as validates their feasibility and effectiveness. Therefore, this paper can provide development departments with effective theoretic and technical supports to design and determine support concepts.
