Abstract :
Discrete stationary reference frame current controllers are described in terms of their closed loop state space representations and their transient performance and stability studied through average model based analysis for L-filter and LCL-filter based Voltage Source Converter (VSC). The stationary reference frame control for the VSC is then verified through simulations for an active filter application with the switching model in Matlab/Simulink.
