Abstract
Using the empirical research methods, the optimization strategy of coal mine crisis reduction capability utility was discussed from the perspective of the coal mine employee utility. Five elements of coal mine crisis reduction capability were put forward which consist of environmental preparation, organizational preparation, personnel preparation, competitive preparation and learning preparation, as well as four elements of staff utility of coal mine which consist of enterprise and job satisfaction, communication satisfaction, benefit satisfaction and promotion satisfaction. The questionnaire was designed based on the Likert six-point scale. JCMG was chosen as sample, then statistical method, reliability analysis and Structural Equation Method were used to analysis the data. The conclusion of the optimization strategy of the coal mine crisis reduction capability based on the utility was obtained: first, strengthening the coal mine crisis study; second, promoting the competitiveness of the coal mine; third, concerning employees´ enterprise and job satisfaction to influence the environment preparation element; forth, special concerning the coal mine employees´ promotion satisfaction to prevent the negative influence.
