Abstract :
This research suggests that proton beam with high energy is irradiated to CNT field emitter fabricated by spray in order to improve adhesion force of it, which is fabricated by indirect attachment. As proton is 1836 times heavier than electron, it transfers high energy to target. Therefore, it is improved that junction property between CNT and substrate such as copper thin film and stability of field emitters.
