  • Abstract
    Several types of impairments manifested in polarization-multiplexed 107-Gb/s RZ- DQPSK are experimentally investigated. Comparisons are made between symbol-interleaved and symbol-aligned generation for impairments under tight optical filtering, PDL/PDG, PMD and fiber nonlinearities.
