Abstract :
Genetic Regulatory System (GRS) and Deoxy-ribonucleic Acid (DNA) are two important matters in the development and functioning of organisms. GRS is a mechanism for determining when, where, in what form and to which extent a gene or genes will be expressed, while DNA is the essential part of a gene. In this paper we address the utilization of Multiagent Collaborative Computation (MCC) to model the genes´ interactions in GRS. The aim of the modeling is to examine each gene contribution to the interactions in a series of times manner. By having the knowledge of their interactions, we can infer their behavior and make estimations in order to obtain better interactions´ products in the future.
