Abstract :
Numerous studies have been conducted to date on field emission from carbon nanotubes (CNTs). For CNT film, there were two main methods: direct growth of CNTs onto a substrate, post-treatment to make CNTs adhered onto substrate. In this work, the adhesive taping method was adopted to improve the stability and reproducibility.
