Abstract :
Tianjin Binhai New Area plays a strategic role in the development of the whole city, and lots of SMEs serve as accessory manufacturers, downstream dealers and “middlemen” for large groups. Numerous studies analyze how Supply Chain Financing helps SMEs get financing support in this area, however, there are seldom researches taking how to combine various financing products with the booming logistics industry into account. This paper analyzes the characteristics in this area and the background of developing Supply Chain Financing, and it propounds a Unified Credit Supply Chain Financing Mode, and then gives some recommendations to relative participations.
