Integration on supply chain of technology-motivated mergers and acquisition based on the cost synergy

Technology-motivated M&A (Mergers and acquisition) and supply chain management have been viewed as the main direction of modern business management in the 21´st century. How to realize coordination by restructuring and integrating supply chain in technology-motivated M&A is very important for improving competition and reaching the strategic goal. Through studying the effect of technology-motivated M&A on supply chain, this paper establishes the cost synergy model of supply chain, gives solution methods and offers an example that is being analyzed. Reference value of the studies is given to those enterprises which are going to practice or consider on this topic.
