Abstract
The distribution and management of emergency materials is the basis of emergency management to sudden natural disasters. This paper proposes an emergency material management model based on the case of "5.12" earthquake in Longnan City, Gansu Province, China. By using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and based on the case study, it grades requirements of emergency materials into four levels, and provides the basis for the management of emergency materials including collection, storage and distribution of materials in similar nature disasters.
