Abstract :
“The bullwhip effect” have serious influence on auto sales chain property and performance. Based on System Dynamics theory, this paper built a model of multi-level auto sales supply chain, made a modeling and simulation research on the bullwhip effect to a scalable multi-agent linear supply chain system. Quantitative analysis on the impact of lead time to the bullwhip effect, and gave corresponding strategies of the weakening impact of the bullwhip effect in the chain.
