Abstract :
In this study, the crystallization behavior and magnetic properties of as-spun and annealed Fe86Mn4Zr10 alloy have been studied systematically to understand the inter-correlation between magnetic and microstructural properties. This material in the as-spun state shows reentrant behavior, i.e., a transition from paramagnetic to ferromagnetic at higher temperature (200 to 300 K.) and upon further cooling one more transition ( <100 K) is observed from ferromagnetic to spin-glass-like transition.
