Abstract
As a basis for rational organized production, yearly production program and production planning are made respectively according to assembly cycle, which is a significant link of the whole process and has a great impact on the performance, lifespan and cost of production itself. Aiming at the complicated process of airplane assembly and less sample data, combining with the characteristics of Grey System Theory, this paper chooses the GM (1, N) to obtain a precise model by estimating the aircraft assembly duration.
