Abstract :
A particular circuit design described as `Full Digitizing Design´ has been introduced in this article, which could make the PCB operate complicated functions while running under an ultra high speed (operating signals with 10-9 ~ 10-10 s edge). The confliction caused by the signal integrity when measuring transient pulsed signals in high-intensity pulsed radiation field has been solved by this design. Finally, the practical applicability of `Full Digitizing Design´ is verified by the tests on a sample system.
