Modeling for supplier evaluation and management based on TAD of three-dimensional

As an open complex system, the supplier evaluation system should be a multi-dimensional space system, which can not be viewed merely as a square, this paper introduces supplier evaluation and management model based on TAD of three-dimensional. TAD model is a three-dimensional frame structure, made up by time, attributes and decision points, each of which contains its own dimension and scalable level. This model builds complete, integrated provider assessment system in order to achieve management objectives accurately and effectively from the full life cycle perspective of suppliers, to support purchasing decisions.
