Abstract :
Rescue forces decide the results of a rescue. We try to quantitatively study the rescue forces´ influence on the result of the earthquake relief[1][2]. We build a model of post-earthquake emergency rescue system on the CAS theory and build a simulation model based on Swarm platform. And analyze the outputs of the simulation. Through the analysis, we find that in the rescue process, the number of rescuer and the proportion of professional rescuer in the rescue forces has a great impact on the results, and the time of each rescue has an obvious impact in early rescue processing but not in late.
