Current situation and suggestions of public bicycle project management in Hangzhou

Hangzhou public bicycle project, as the largest public bicycle project in the world so far, though has received some good comments since its operating, is doubtful among many citizens. This thesis analyses the current situation of project management in the following four aspects: market management, operation management, human re- source management and economic management. Afterwards, the thesis argues the problem that exists in the project management, and gives some suggestions on outsourcing renting sites, the extension projects and rising rental deposit.
