Abstract :
As tacit knowledge is stored in people´s heads and is difficult to be articulated, if we want to manage it pertinently we should assess it firstly. Researches on the tacit knowledge assessment are being carried out in many related fields. However, few researches are done on determining the weights of measurement items which are used to assess one´s tacit knowledge. So this paper, based on the results of previous studies, proposes a new method, Fuzzy Weighted G1 method (FWG1 for short), to determine the measurement items´ weights. On the one hand, this method can overcome the defects of AHP and FAHP which are often used to determine indexes´ weights; on the other hand, this method can improve the measurement´s accuracy of indexes´ weights.
