Abstract
Vocational Identity demonstrates the psychological features in the formation and specification of occupational choice. It also reveals the potential occupation fitness and stability of job hunters. In this paper a vocational identity model is proposed based on the framework of Dual-cycle model of self-identity. Proceeding from the applicability for practice, empirical research on the structure and element of vocational identity has been conducted by means of Delphi method and questionnaire with potential employees as subjects.
