A study of influential factors of real estate prices in Xi´an

Taking nine districts and four counties of Xi´an as the research objects, with the empirical study, this paper studies the influences of real estate prices in Xi´an. On the basis of referencing many previous research results, selecting the important indexes influencing the development of real estate market, processing the data with factor analysis, and on the basis of factor scores, analyzing the important influences of real estate prices in districts and counties of Xi´an, this paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to stabilize the real estate prices at last.
