Abstract :
We demonstrate for the first time 2.5V RF arbitrary waveform generation, at frequencies of interest to ultra-wideband (UWB) applications, enabled by high power handling photodiodes. The effect of the photodiodes´ amplitude & phase linearity is also explored.
