Abstract :
E-learning is becoming a powerful tool for teaching college students worldwide. It was initially started to enhance distance learning but it soon spread all over the education channels including encamps education as well. Nowadays, with the existence of the internet everywhere and the development of ICT at ever increasing rates, technology is incorporated virtually into all courses and affecting the outcome of education. The effect of such change in delivering education need to be investigated in all aspects, especially, in the acceptance level of E-learning since it plays a significant role in the success of E-learning. A study involving 800 student in the college of business at King Saud University (KSU) was carried out. A logistic regression model was adopted to model students acceptance of E-learning. Furthermore, factors affecting students acceptance were investigated and results of the study were also examined to determine to what extent the E-learning acceptance model is able to adequately explain students´ acceptance of E-learning education.
