Abstract :
A subject of the research is the development of a quasioptical submillimeter wave isolator. To this end, the wave reflection from a circular dichroic mirror (CDM) is used. Two models of the mirror of this kind have been realized on the basis of a semiconductor (n-InSb) structure placed in longitudinal magnetic field. Testing results of the quasioptical isolators functioning over the 0.8-1.0 mm wave range are presented.
