Abstract :
We implement a collaborative display platform called CMPLATFORM in order to display virtual outdoor complex environment in virtual display hardware based on multiple cheap PC, which could be extended to provides a platform to display immersive application which can be used in the areas of urban planning/architecture and education. CMPLATFORM is a PC cluster based system developed by C++ and Wxwidet. This paper outlines our display system called CMPLATFORM for interactive immersive display applications that is low-cost, easy to calibrate, scalable, and portable.
