Abstract :
The digital PWM methods can be based on scalar as well as on vector modulation approach. This paper shows the complete relation to obtain the equivalence between vector and scalar digital modulation approaches. From this equivalence a simple software algorithm is proposed to generate the space vector modulation from the scalar implementation. Simulated and experimental results are presented
