Abstract
High-frequency switched-capacitor applications require amplifiers with fast settling time response. After a review of cascode transconductance amplifiers, a multiple path amplifier with reduced input capacitance and enhanced slew-rate is proposed. The presented amplifier topologies are compared in terms of their settling time performance in a switched-capacitor amplifier using SPICE simulations.
